Job summary

AT3 Professional Solutions is seeking an Engineer – Product Launch / Program Manager to lead new programs from award through production readiness. You will drive APQP, PPAP, and FAI/AS9102 compliance while coordinating customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

The role requires a mechanical engineering foundation with program management experience in automotive and/or aerospace, managing multiple concurrent launches with minimal oversight and delivering on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience with program/project management for new product launches.
• Experience in the automotive and/or aerospace industries preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP and core quality tools (PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, FAI/AS9102).
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and/or AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product launches and programs from award through PPAP approval and stable production, owning timelines and budgets.
• Establish and manage program plans, gate/phase reviews, and issue tracking to keep launches on schedule.
• Serve as the primary program interface with customers, managing changes and communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet launch targets.
• Create and maintain launch documentation and reports.
