Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations or related fields.
• Experience leading complex product launches or organizational rollouts.
• Strong change-management, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable approach for preparing the organization for new products and processes.
• Conduct change-impact assessments across teams and patient experience.
• Build rollout and adoption plans with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate product changes into guidance, training, and communications.
• Embed operational readiness into launches with PMs; identify risks early.
• Coordinate pilots, phased releases, and internal testing with success criteria.
• Monitor rollout performance and turn feedback into improvements.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from patients and internal users.
• Translate feedback into themes and actionable recommendations.
