More about the role :
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. We provide continuous support for all your queries.
- Earn $18.50 per hour.
- TurboBonus Boost: Receive an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th to 15th, with unlimited hours available. To qualify, work at least 8 hours on April 13th, 14th, and 15th.
- Participate in certification and earn a $310 bonus upon becoming a TurboTax Product Expert, which takes 3 days.
- Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
- Minimum 30 hours per week required; more hours are welcome.
- You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls, along with an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) advocate.
