Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts seeks a planning professional to lead end-to-end NPI and LCM planning, develop supply plans, and ensure launch readiness.

You will partner with R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Procurement to drive IBP/SOP alignment, manage inventory and capacity, and track KPIs for service and readiness. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–4+ years in supply chain planning are required; SAP/APO/IBP and advanced Excel skills are expected.

  • 3–4+ years of experience in supply chain planning or NPI.
  • Experience in MRP, supply planning, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP, APO, or IBP preferred.
  • Ability to query systems to extract data for analysis, with high attention to detail.

Job description

  • Support the maturity of the governance process & playbooks for NPI & LCM activities.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalency is required; A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business is preferred
  • 3–4+ years of experience in supply chain planning or NPI.
  • Experience in MRP, supply planning, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP, APO, or IBP preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis.
  • Accuracy with high attention to details.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, basic Access.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a project methodological context.
  • Ability to work across multiple functional organizations and levels in a multicultural and global / matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
