ONE is seeking a Product Intern to support discovery, requirements, execution, and launch across active initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on fintech exposure, translating research into actionable user stories while working with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams in NYC.

You will participate in planning, standups, and reviews, with mentorship from a dedicated manager and mentor. The program runs for 8 weeks in Summer 2027, from June 21 to August 13, with a finalized cohort aimed by

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in product management and fintech is a plus.

Jobbeschreibung

• As a Product Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Product team to support discovery, requirements definition, execution, and launch across active initiatives
• You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving fintech turns customer problems into shipped features
• Team Integration: You’ll be paired with a Product Manager and work alongside Engineering, Design, and Analytics partners, sitting in on planning, standups, and stakeholder reviews
• Real-World Projects: You’ll conduct user and market research, help translate findings into requirements and user stories, track feature execution, and support go-to-market and launch readiness
• Skill Building & Career Growth: Throughout the internship, you’ll attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development. You’ll also have the chance to engage with company leadership during networking events
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship experience, ensuring continuous learning and growth
• Program runs June 21 - August 13, 2027 (8 weeks, full-time, in our NYC office)
• We are targeting a finalized cohort by December 1, 2026

Availability:

This is a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027. You are available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the entire program

Prior Experience:

You’ve completed at least one previous internship, or have built substantial personal or academic projects you’re excited to talk through
