Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Marketing Intern to support campaigns, content, and go-to-market initiatives from our NYC office. You will collaborate with the Marketing team and cross-functional partners on active projects.

You’ll gain hands-on experience researching audiences, developing materials, coordinating deliverables, and measuring results, while attending professional development workshops and networking with leadership for growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Organized, detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Must have completed at least one internship or relevant projects.
• Available to work full-time for 8 weeks in NYC office June 21–Aug 13, 2027.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job description

• As a Marketing Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support campaigns, content, and go-to-market initiatives
• You’ll contribute to active projects by researching audiences and trends, developing campaign materials, coordinating deliverables, and helping measure results
• Team Integration: Work closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to support content production and social listening, campaign work, and go-to-market initiatives
• Real-World Projects: Contribute to active marketing projects by researching audiences and trends, developing campaign materials, coordinating deliverables, and helping measure results
• Skill Building & Career Growth: Throughout the internship, you’ll attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development. You’ll also have the chance to engage with company leadership during networking events
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship experience, ensuring continuous learning and growth
• Program runs June 21 - August 13, 2027 (8 weeks, full-time, in our NYC office)

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree: You’re a current student expected to graduate in the Fall 2027/Spring of 2028 majoring in Marketing or a related field
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re a keen listener with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior Experience: You’ve completed at least one previous internship, or have built substantial personal or academic projects you’re excited to talk through
• Availability: This is a full-time, 8-week program running June 21 - August 13, 2027. You are available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the entire program
• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions. Clear communication of ideas is one of your strengths
