OnePay is seeking a Finance Intern to join the team in New York. You will work with FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury on financial planning, analysis, and operations projects that drive actionable outcomes for customers.

Job description

• As a Finance Intern at OnePay, you’ll work alongside the Finance team and cross-functional partners to support financial planning, analysis, and operations initiatives
• You’ll contribute to active projects by analyzing financial data, supporting reporting and forecasting efforts, and helping evaluate business decisions
• On the Finance team we immerse ourselves in the data to get the facts, then partner with the Business to drive direct action for our customers
• Team Integration: You’ll be paired with the Finance team and work alongside FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury partners on day-to-day deliverables, gaining exposure to how a fast-moving fintech manages its books and plans ahead
• Real-World Projects: You’ll build and maintain financial models, assist with month-end close and variance analysis, and help prepare materials used in budget reviews and investor reporting. All of this is to drive action, everything we do must pass the “so what” test
• Skill Building & Career Growth: Throughout the internship, you’ll attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development. You’ll also have the chance to engage with company leadership during networking events
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship experience, ensuring continuous learning and growth
