Overview

*The working hours for this role will be 12pm-8:30pm ET/9am-5:30pm Pacific Time*

Provide customer support for online booking tools and corporate travel software offered by Global Travel Collection. The role involves interaction with internal teams and external clients. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, familiarity with online booking tools, and problem-solving abilities.

The salary range is broad to comply with pay transparency laws and considers factors like experience, location, and budget. It applies to U.S. candidates, with adjustments for international candidates based on local markets. The role may include incentives, bonuses, or commissions based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate online booking tools such as Concur, Certify, and Deem to meet client needs.
• Assist with implementations.
• Monitor help desk calls and emails, handle tasks, and communicate updates.
• Configure user and company accounts.
• Create and manage travel policies, rule classes, search options, client rates, and discounts.
• Conduct training and demonstrations professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience with Concur Travel or similar software; ability to learn other tools.
• Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Sabre.
• Strong customer service and business communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills for virtual and in-person training.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Travel agency experience preferred; agent experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
