Job summary

Honeywell Sundyne seeks a Product Management Specialist to enable the Offering Management organization. You will own portfolio analytics, commercialization tools, and business processes, turning market data into actionable insights for Portfolio, Product, and Vertical Offering Managers.

You will gain broad exposure across pump and compressor businesses with a pathway to leadership in Portfolio/Offering Management and Commercial Excellence roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in product management, portfolio management, applications engineering, commercial operations, business analytics, strategic marketing, or related industrial roles.
• Experience using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, automation tools, or similar) to improve productivity and insights.
• Minimum of 2 years building and maintaining business analysis tools, dashboards, financial models, or KPI reporting using advanced Excel functionality.

Responsibilities

• Own Honeywell Sundyne's market sizing and portfolio analytics processes, including TAS, SAS, and Share of Demand assessments, to influence growth priorities.
• Lead win/loss analysis, funnel analytics, and commercial performance reporting to identify opportunities.
• Create executive dashboards, business reviews, and portfolio reports for senior leadership.
• Provide input into AOP, STRAP, SRO, monthly NPI reporting and forecasting activities.
• Develop sales enablement tools, value proposition materials, product presentations, and promotional content.
• Coordinate and support strategic initiatives spanning multiple product lines and markets.
• Drive special projects and initiatives for the Offering Management leadership team.
