Honeywell Technologies seeks a Product Management Specialist to own portfolio analytics, commercialization tools, and business processes for the Offering Management organization. You will transform market data into insights and create sales-enablement materials to support product launches and campaigns.

You will gain broad exposure across pump and compressor businesses with a clear development path into leadership roles in Portfolio/Offering Management and Commercial Excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in product management, portfolio management, or related industrial roles.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, automation tools) to improve productivity and insights.
• Minimum of 2 years building dashboards, financial models, or KPI reporting using advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Own market sizing, portfolio analytics processes, and insights to influence growth priorities.
• Create executive dashboards, portfolio reports, and growth analyses for senior leadership.
• Develop sales enablement tools, value propositions, and product messaging for launches and campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support STRAP, NPI forecasting, and annual planning.
