Job summary

Surescripts is seeking a Manager, Product Innovation to lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts focused on Prior Authorization and related healthcare information products. You will partner with a peer Technical Leader to shape the end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring product quality, reliability, and user-centric features.

The role drives ideation, prioritization, and delivery, mentors talent, and champions AI-forward product practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in related, progressive roles.
5+ years healthcare experience (e.g., EHRs, HIEs, Public Health, providers).
5+ years assessing market and customer needs for information products.
5+ years building and managing products through the lifecycle.
1+ years managing all aspects of the product lifecycle (Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage).

Responsibilities

Function as a central resource for the management, development, and design of one or more products across the lifecycle.
Identify areas of product opportunity, evaluate ideas, and prioritize requirements to drive quality and user value.
Make product and roadmap decisions to drive Product Excellence in the assigned area with the peer leader.
Serve as product subject matter expert within the company and industry on capabilities, competition, user needs, and standards.
Manage design, modification, and evaluation across product phases and lifecycle planning.
Lead customer discovery and research access, KPI dashboards, and health insights for roadmap decisions.
