Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead Innovation Programs: manage cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into commercially successful product platforms.
Influence Organizational Alignment: secure resources, align stakeholders, and present programs to executives and customers.
Drive Innovation Discovery: frame opportunities, run rapid experiments, and reduce uncertainty before major investments.
Coach High Performing Talent: develop direct and indirect reports through feedback and accountability.
Cultivate the Innovative Mindset: foster curiosity, experimentation, and customer learning as everyday behaviors.
Performance Metrics: define and report KPIs for business development and innovation.
