Job summary

Worthington Enterprises seeks a Product Engineering & Quality Manager to provide technical leadership for electrical, electronic, and software-enabled products across their lifecycle. You will ensure compliance with domestic and international regulatory requirements, certification standards, and industry best practices.

The role includes post‑launch support, change control, and mentoring a product engineering team while coordinating with NPD, engineering, sales, and customers to drive quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in an engineering discipline with a strong regulatory background.
• Experience leading design teams for electrical/electronic and embedded software products.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for electrical/electronic and software-enabled products throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure designs meet domestic and international regulatory requirements and standards.
• Lead post-launch tech support, change control, and configuration management.
• Mentor and develop a product engineering team and manage workload priorities.
• Interface with engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to drive compliance and quality.
