Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Client service intern positions are entry-level and typically early stage in the degree program.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teams in the development and implementation of innovative product solutions.
• Participating in user interaction engineering projects to enhance client support services.
• Observing and learning from experienced professionals in software and product innovation.
• Conducting research and gathering information to assist in product customization and development.
• Creating mock-ups and prototypes to demonstrate product design concepts.
• Utilizing AngularJS and CSS to contribute to front-end web development tasks.
• Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to improve personal and professional growth.
• Collaborating with team members to analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Applying human-centered design principles to optimize user experience and usability.
• Developing user personas and conducting user research to inform design decisions.
