Job summary

COMSOL, Inc. is seeking an engineer to join the Product Information team onsite in Burlington, MA. As a Product Information Engineer, you will work directly with our COMSOL Multiphysics platform product and its add-on modules to simulate designs, devices, and processes.

You will enable users by creating clear written and video materials, primarily for the COMSOL Learning Center. You will continuously expand your knowledge of the software, collaborate with application engineers and product

Qualifications

• B.S. in an engineering field required.
• Ability to communicate complex topics between technical and nontechnical parties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Current eligibility to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship will be offered.

Responsibilities

• Write and record content on how to use COMSOL Multiphysics software.
• Expand knowledge of the software and workflows to foster product adoption.
• Coordinate content projects for the platform and add-ons.
• Coordinate digital training efforts.
• Learn authoring tools, publishing platforms, and processes for creating learning resources.
• Outline, record, and support production of marketing and tutorial videos.
• Review highly technical content for a broader audience.
• Share knowledge about the software with internal teams.
