Job summary

COMSOL, Inc. is seeking an Engineer to join the Product Information team onsite in Burlington, MA. As a Product Information Engineer, you will create clear training materials for the COMSOL Learning Center, including technical articles and tutorial videos to help users understand the software.

You will collaborate with product development, marketing and sales, bridging technical expertise and end-user needs while supporting digital training initiatives and expanding digital resources globally.

Qualifications

B.S. in an engineering field.
Ability to communicate complex topics between technical and non-technical parties.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Current eligibility to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship for employment-based visas will be offered for this position, F-1 visa holders not accepted.

Responsibilities

Write and record content on how to use the COMSOL Multiphysics software.
Continuously expand knowledge of the software and workflows to aid product adoption.
Coordinate content projects related to the platform and add-on products.
Coordinate digital training efforts.
Learn and become proficient with authoring tools, publishing platforms, and processes for digital learning resources.
Outline, record, and support production of marketing and tutorial videos.
Review highly technical content for a broader audience.
Serve as a resource for internal teams by sharing knowledge about the software and its capabilities.
