Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. seeks a collaborative Manager, Product Information and Digital Assets to ensure accurate, complete product content across websites, retailers, marketplaces, and international markets.

You will own the Centric PXM platform operations, manage asset workflows, and coordinate translations in English, French, and Spanish. The role is hybrid, based at our Glen Allen, VA headquarters, reporting to the Business Operations Manager, Marketing.

Formación

• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and Product Experience Management (PXM).
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and content workflow systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional processes and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Understanding of product data, metadata, localization, and distribution across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own platform operations: users, permissions, templates, workflows, approvals, dashboards.
• Maintain and standardize product content, metadata, and assets.
• Partner with Sales, Digital Commerce, and Marketing to distribute content.
• Improve content workflows and translation processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and budgets for the platform.
• Coordinate multilingual content with US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Provide user training and onboarding materials.
