Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the Food Prep category, including branded food processors, choppers, hand blenders, and single-serve blenders. This hybrid role is based in Glen Allen, VA, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing.

The position involves driving strategy, development, and successful product launches, with cross-functional collaboration and a focus on innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer goods.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support category strategy and product roadmap for Food Prep portfolio.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-market optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain for launches.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide decisions.
• Support pricing, margins, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare business cases, strategy, and launch plans.
• Monitor in-market performance and drive growth.
