Job summary

KKR, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a professional to support product implementation efforts in the growing annuity business at Global Atlantic. You will collaborate with Legal, Operations, Actuarial, Technology, Sales and Marketing, and Senior Management to deliver innovative solutions in today’s insurance market.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, with focus on annuities.
• Demonstrated Excel expertise.
• Demonstrated strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical written material.
• High energy level and internal motivation.
• Adaptable, can maintain effort when priorities change.
• Learning mindset with focus on continuous process improvement.
• Results-oriented with ability to execute multiple high-priority items.
• Detail-oriented with ability to test complex calculations and spot gaps.

Responsibilities

• Implementation Support: Create test plans for product implementations on multiple platforms and develop/test system builds.
• Business Requirement Definition: Produce BRDs, product specifications, and outlines for Global Atlantic products.
• Contract Drafting and Filing: Support drafting/review and guide through filing processes.
• Production Support: Identify, quantify, and resolve issues for inforce business across platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.
