Job summary

KKR is seeking a candidate to support product implementation efforts in the growing annuity business at Global Atlantic. You will work with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Actuarial, Technology, and Sales to craft documentation and product designs.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, defining business requirements, drafting contracts, providing production support, and ensuring compliance with filing processes; a four-year degree and 3–5 years in insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a four-year college degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or other related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, with focus on roles supporting annuities.
• Demonstrated Excel expertise.
• Demonstrated strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for delivery to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical written material.
• High energy level and internal motivation.
• Adaptable, can seamlessly maintain effort and focus when priorities change.

Responsibilities

• Implementation Support: Create test plans for product implementations on multiple platforms and support training materials.
• Business Requirement Definition: Develop business requirements, product specifications and outlines for Global Atlantic products.
• Contract Drafting and Filing: Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting the filing process.
• Production Support: Identify and resolve issues affecting inforce business across platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.
