Job summary

Chekhub is seeking a Product Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding for new customers. You will configure the platform to mirror each site's workflows and asset structures, then train end users to be self-sufficient from day one.

You will own implementations from go-live, provide hands-on training, create instructional materials, and serve as the technical contact post-launch, collaborating with product teams to voice customer pain points and support adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer education in B2B SaaS.
• Strong presentation and instructional skills to translate workflows into training.
• Ability to configure software to match customer workflows.
• Self-starter with autonomy in a fast-paced startup.
• Must be located in the Raleigh, NC area.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Implementation Specialist to lead new customers through onboarding and get their teams up and running on Chekhub. This role owns the technical setup, configuring the platform to match a customer's sites, workflows, and asset structure, and then trains their end users so they're confident and self-sufficient from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own new customer implementations from initial platform configuration through go-live.
• Configure Chekhub to match each customer's unique operational workflows.
• Deliver hands-on training and instructional materials to customer teams, ensuring end users are confident using the platform.
• Act as the customer's ongoing technical support contact post-launch, troubleshooting issues and coordinating internally to resolve them.
• Collaborate with technical writers and product teams to voice customer pain points and support successful product adoption.
• Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as business needs require.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer education, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong presentation and instructional skills, with the ability to translate technical workflows into clear, actionable training for non-technical users.
• Comfortable configuring software to match customer-specific workflows and requirements.
• Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Must be located in the Raleigh, NC area.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with implementation, onboarding, or LMS/training platforms (e.g., project management or e-learning tools).
• Background in operations, workforce management, technology, or another adjacent SaaS space.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
