Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience (3 years in lieu of degree)

Responsibilities

• Lead product readiness activities to ensure new products and product changes launch on time and are operationally ready.
• Own item setup for BOMs, specifications, packaging attributes, vendor information, routings, and production parameters to ensure data accuracy and governance.
• Develop and maintain product costs, including labor and operational requirements to support accurate planning, purchasing, and production.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and training materials that enable safe, consistent, quality and efficient execution.
• Partner with Sourcing, Operations, Quality, Planning, and suppliers to align product specifications, capabilities, timelines, and launch requirements.
• Evaluate manufacturability and operational feasibility and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and lower costs.
• Support quality and compliance readiness by ensuring specifications, testing requirements, and production standards are clearly defined and implemented.
• Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, root cause analysis, and resolution of product-and system-related issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
