Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience managing products at insurance companies.
• 2 years in roles related to documentation management, content writing, or translation within the insurance sector, legal services, or highly regulated environments.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to draft, proofread, and translate materials.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail, with strong spelling and grammatical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate from start to finish the optimization of the Annual Product Review Process.
• Keep benchmarking up to date to compare product performance.
• Manage the implementation and updating of product changes.
• Draft, review, translate, and proofread product-related content.
• Evaluate product change requests and coordinate their validation.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to validate documents.
• Identify and mitigate legal and operational risks related to product documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to product development and improvement projects.
• Analyze product KPIs.
• Support the creation and implementation of product campaigns or promotions.
• Support the commercial team by updating product presentations.
