Job summary

You will collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and designers to collect technical details, verify standards, and deliver comprehensive manuals, guides, FAQs, and whitepapers.

In this role, you will establish templates, enforce content structure, and manage version control, ensuring consistent branding and quality across all documentation assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with writing emphasis or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in technical writing or documentation.
• Strong writing, researching, and content creation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Produce effective technical and programmatic documentation.
• Collaborate with functional leads, SMEs, engineers, and developers to gather technical details.
• Conduct independent research on industry standards and product specifications.
• Create user manuals, instruction guides, FAQs, whitepapers, design specification, technical reports.
• Ensure organization and structure of content follows required templates.
• Develop templates and documentation frameworks for team use.
• Responsible for document management and version control.
