Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Senior Product Implementation Analyst to join the Product Lifecycle team. You will implement new or revised products and help optimize operational workflows within Group Medicare Advantage.

This role reports to the Director and requires in-office collaboration two days per week under our hybrid model. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Your Role

The Product Lifecycle team focus is on the production of legally binding documents for Group Medicare Advantage. The Product Implementation Analyst, Senior will report to the Director. In this role you will implement new or revised products; Identify issues and develop improvements, modifications, and enhancements related to operational workflows. Manage the development of regulated materials.

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
