Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Product Implementation Analyst to join the Product Lifecycle team. You will report to the Director and be responsible for implementing new or revised Group Medicare Advantage products, identifying issues, and driving improvements to operational workflows.

Your Role

The Product Lifecycle team focus is on the production of legally binding documents for Group Medicare Advantage. The Product Implementation Analyst, Senior will report to the Director. In this role you will implement new or revised products; Identify issues and develop improvements, modifications, and enhancements related to operational workflows. Manage the development of regulated materials.

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
