You will supervise a team, plan staffing, and drive quality, productivity, and safety goals while adhering to health and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated, customer service oriented, and results driven.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, development and supervision of team members.
• Coordinate scheduling, hiring and exit processes.
• Ensure short- and long-term goals are met.
