Fastenal’s Indianapolis distribution center is seeking a Product Handling Lead to supervise day-to-day operations in the Product Handling department, consolidate product, restock locations, and move inventory within the DC while guiding staff to meet efficiency and accuracy goals.

OVERVIEW

Working as Full-time Product Handling Lead, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Product Handling department. You will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will consolidate product, restock locations and move inventory within the distribution center. You will provide guidance to ensure operations are completed correctly, efficiently and on time.
