  • Oversee a cross-functional team (80–120 people) through a matrix structure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Define and track key KPIs across financial and operational metrics, including churn, MQLs, and sales performance.
  • Partner with leadership to set annual initiatives, roadmaps, budgets, and measurable goals.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop strategic market positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive performance-focused culture, promote collaboration, and ensure accountability across all business functions.
  • Evaluate and present new investment opportunities, product expansions, or acquisitions to executive stakeholders.
  • 15+ years of experience in business operations, ideally in SaaS, with $50MM+ P&L responsibility.
  • Extensive leadership in matrixed organizations with demonstrated success in cross-functional management.
  • 7+ years in strategic leadership roles with experience in transformation, change management, and growth scaling.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making using KPIs and financial models.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and product lifecycle planning.
  • Experience with performance-driven cultures, operational scaling, and strategic partnerships.
  • Preferred: experience in private equity-backed environments, multi-product leadership, M&A, or payments industry.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Competitive salary ($175,000–$250,000 USD/year) + bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • 100% employer-paid short/long-term disability
  • Basic life insurance coverage
  • 401(k) plan with 100% company match up to 4%
  • Flexible PTO policy based on mutual trust
  • 10 paid sick days annually
  • 10 company-paid holidays
  • 6 weeks of paid parental leave
