One of our partner companies is currently seeking a Product Group Leader in the United States.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Group Leader to oversee a major business unit with multiple high-revenue product lines in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS environment. The role involves full P&L ownership of a portfolio exceeding $50MM and cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth, operational efficiency, and strategic objectives. This position combines executive accountability with hands-on leadership, requiring a proven operator capable of driving financial performance and aligning teams towards common goals. Stability and career progression in previous roles are important for success in this impactful position.

Accountabilities:
  1. Lead multiple product lines to achieve revenue, profit, and expense targets.
  2. Manage a cross-functional team of 80-120 members within a matrix structure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  3. Define and monitor key KPIs across financial and operational metrics, including churn, MQLs, and sales performance.
  4. Partner with leadership to establish annual initiatives, roadmaps, budgets, and measurable goals.
  5. Collaborate with product teams on strategic market positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  6. Foster a performance-driven culture, promote collaboration, and ensure accountability across all functions.
  7. Evaluate and present new investment opportunities, product expansions, or acquisitions to executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. 15+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in SaaS, with responsibility for P&L exceeding $50MM.
  2. Extensive leadership experience in matrixed organizations with demonstrated success in cross-functional management.
  3. 7+ years in strategic leadership roles with experience in transformation, change management, and scaling growth.
  4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making using KPIs and financial models.
  5. Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and product lifecycle management.
  6. Experience with performance-driven cultures, operational scaling, and strategic partnerships.
  7. Preferred: experience in private equity-backed environments, multi-product leadership, M&A, or payments industry.
  8. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
