Job summary

WorkWave is seeking an experienced machine learning engineer to own the journey from ambiguous customer problems to measurable impact. You will build data where it doesn’t exist, ship predictive models into live products, and communicate value to business leadership.

You will deliver end-to-end ML solutions, including deployment, testing, versioning, monitoring, and drift detection, working closely with product teams to embed ML in real workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome from ambiguous customer problem to measurable impact, including building data when it doesn't exist and shipping models into real products.
• Make the value legible by ensuring predictions are understandable, trustworthy, and actionable, and report realised impact back to the business.
• Deliver end-to-end by operating deployment, testing, versioning, monitoring, and drift detection, and embed with product teams to put ML inside real workflows.
