Job summary

URBN is seeking a Product Flow Specialist in Oklahoma City to support back of house operations, from receipt to placement and replenishment, while upholding product flow policies.

The role helps drive sales, key metrics, profitability, and loss prevention, and supports the Leadership team in overall store operations. Flexible hours including mornings, nights, and weekends are required.

• Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Understands how merchant processes impact business and prioritizes product flow and replenishment.
• Customer Experience: Adheres to proper processing and tagging standards while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Customer Experience: Supports timely execution of product placement and other visual priorities.
• Customer Experience: Keeps the sales floor and back of house clean and organized to ensure product is easy to find and restock.
• Business Operations: Leads product flow process, including shipment receipt, processing, security tagging, and preparing product for the floor.
• Business Operations: Oversees back of house standards and keeps receiving, shipping, stock, and supply areas clean and organized.
• Business Operations: Adheres to safety, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention policies to support profitability.
• Communication + Relationships: Shares relevant information with leadership on shipment, restock, and back of house organization.
• Communication + Relationships: Collaborates with leadership to share progress on results and needs to maximize efficiency.
