URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Product Flow Specialist to support back-of-house operations and the flow of product from receipt to placement and replenishment in Oklahoma City.

The role contributes to sales, profitability, and loss prevention while supporting store leadership in daily operations. The position emphasizes executing product flow, maintaining receiving/shipping, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational processes in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of back-of-house standards, receiving, stock, and inventory
• Ability to adapt to flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the product flow process from shipment receipt through floor placement.
• Maintain back-of-house organization and safety standards to protect profitability.
• Ensure proper processing, tagging, and replenishment to support sales and visual standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate progress on restock and results; drive efficiency.
