Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a senior finance leader to influence product strategy and drive profitable growth. You will partner with the VP of Product and cross-functional teams, guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and lead decision support across New Product Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in strategy and leadership.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and shape cross-functional strategy.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Proven skills in executive communication and cross-functional partnership.
• Experience with margin analysis, portfolio optimization, and SKU profitability.
• Ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, and ambiguity navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and financial leadership for the Product function, guiding governance, decision support, and reporting across development processes.
• Own and advance margin analysis frameworks to support profitable growth and investment decisions.
• Lead product P&L and SKU profitability analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Oversee budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting for new product spend.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the VP of Product and leadership, influencing decisions.
• Represent Finance on the Product Leadership Team, highlighting risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs.
• Develop financial acumen across cross-functional teams by communicating drivers and market dynamics.
• Lead portfolio analysis and stage-gate governance to enable disciplined decisions.
• Build and coach a high-performing team with cross-functional partnership.
