Job summary

Delta Faucet Company seeks a Plant Accounting Manager to oversee financial leadership for plant operations, maintaining the general ledger, month-end close, forecasts, budgets, inventory control, and reporting for management.

Reporting to the Category Controller, you will partner with Finance at headquarters and plant leadership to drive cost reduction, operational excellence, and strategic decisions, ensuring accuracy and timely insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CMA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of accounting policies to ensure SOX compliance.
• Manage month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for labor, overhead, and capital.
• Collaborate with operations to support improvement initiatives.
• Monitor overhead, labor efficiency, and cost drivers for savings.
• Deliver timely financial reports to management and headquarters.
• Coordinate cycle-counts and inventory control per standards.
