Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience translating analysis into business actions.
• Strong analysis of product, customer, sales, price and profitability.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and visualization tools.
• Ability to query and analyze large data sets with SQL and BI tools.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Residential Product leaders using insights to drive growth and profitability.
• Analyze product-line performance across revenue, margin, and KPI drivers.
• Evaluate performance by customer, channel, product, SKU, and geography.
• Quantify lost business and displacement trends; propose recovery strategies.
• Understand portfolio dynamics across domestic and international sourcing.
• Build and maintain product/portfolio KPIs, dashboards, and automated reports.
• Prepare integrated financial perspectives for monthly business reviews.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting for product portfolios and marketing.
• Develop business cases for new products, prices, and investments.
• Use Shaw data systems to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
