Job summary

Arkema seeks a Finance Business Partner/Controller for the Dalton, GA and Greenville, SC plants, with dual reporting to NA Finance and BU leadership. The role drives plant budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting, coordinating with site managers and the BU finance director.

The position requires a BS/BA in accounting or finance (3+ years industrials/public accounting), SAP experience, and strong analytical skills. Travel ~25% across Dalton and Greenville sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. or B.A. in accounting or finance with at least 3 years of experience in an industrial or public accounting setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Experience with internal controls and compliance with policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance to Plant Leadership Team and influence plant level decisions.
• Coordinate development of conversion cost, capital, and headcount budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and financial analyses with variance reviews.
• Support month-end close and ensure adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, and internal policies.
• Mentor local manufacturing staff on accounting principles and cost control.
