Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Strategic Business Partner for Product Finance, Performance, and Analytics to analyze a large product portfolio and translate insights into action. You will partner with Residential Product leaders, build KPIs, dashboards, and financial models, and prepare integrated financial perspectives for monthly reviews.

The role is hybrid from Dalton, GA, requiring 5+ years of analytics experience and strong business partnering skills across product, market, and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional analytics experience in product, business, financial, or operational analytics.
• Strong understanding of product, customer, sales, volume, price and mix, cost, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, visualization tools, and report writers.
• Experience querying and analyzing large data sets using SQL, Business Objects, SSAS, CAMS, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Residential Product leaders to identify opportunities improving growth, margin, profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Analyze product-line and category performance across revenue, volume, price and mix, cost, margin, profitability, and other KPIs.
• Evaluate performance by customer, channel, product, SKU, and geography to identify growth opportunities and resource allocation.
• Build financial models and business cases for new products, markets, and pricing decisions.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and automated reporting for timely business insights.
