Shaw Industries Group, Inc. in Dalton, GA is seeking an Analytics Engineer III to join our Residential Enablement and Insights team.

You will design scalable data models, build Dashboards in Power BI, and deploy analytic pipelines that empower self-service analytics across Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years delivering modern analytics solutions, deep SQL, Databricks (Azure preferred), data modeling, and Python or R.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–5+ years delivering modern analytics solutions.
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, and data modeling required.

Responsabilidades

• Translate requirements into scalable data models and analytic frameworks.
• Design semantic models, star schemas, and data marts for self-service analytics.
• Build analytics pipelines using Databricks and Delta Lake.
• Create Power BI dashboards and visuals for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain data quality and governance.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices in visualization and modeling.
