You will oversee inventory accounting, pricing administration, billing, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. You will partner with Product Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT to drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and implement improvements across systems and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, inventory accounting, cost accounting, or operational finance.
• Experience within manufacturing, construction materials, industrial products, or similar operational environments.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced modeling, pivot tables, and formulas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory accounting, valuation, reconciliation, and reporting across the Products business.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, physical inventories, and accuracy initiatives.
• Develop pricing governance, analyze margin and customer profitability, and ensure billing integrity.
