Job summary

PAI Pharmaceuticals in Greenville, SC seeks a Plant Finance Manager to lead cost accounting, inventory forecasting, and operational finance. You will partner with Operations and Supply Chain to drive financial performance and working capital efficiency, owning month-end close and forward-looking analyses.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and a track record in manufacturing finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

Own plant-level cost accounting activities, including standard cost maintenance, bill of material and routing validation, labor and overhead rate analysis, and absorption accounting.
Perform month-end close activities including production variance analysis, PPV reconciliation, absorption analysis, labor reconciliation, inventory analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Develop rolling forecasts for finished goods and raw materials, analyze inventory turns/DOH/SLOB, and translate production plans into financial projections.
Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting with income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts.
