Job summary

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Product Filing Analyst to support regulatory filings for the Specialty Equipment division. You will work with product development, actuarial, and legal teams to prepare filings, monitor status, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role involves data entry, process improvements, and maintaining filing records. The position is on-site four days a week with one day remote, in a dynamic insurance environment where accuracy and collaboration are essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Insurance Risk Management, Business Administration or related field).
• At least 6 months of experience in insurance product filing, regulatory compliance, or related role within P&C.
• Professional designations (CPCU, INS, FLMI, AIRC, CCP, ACP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and submitting insurance product filings (forms, rates, rules) to state departments.
• Monitor filing statuses and respond to regulatory inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with product development, actuarial, and legal teams to gather filing information.
• Maintain detailed records of filing activities and outcomes.
• Review state regulations to ensure compliance and produce management updates.
