Job summary

Deloitte’s ConvergeSPORTS team seeks a Product Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge market needs and product delivery, shaping data strategy for sports clients while feeding field learnings back into product development.

In this client-facing, hands-on role, you will support go-to-market efforts, deliver data-driven work, and help scope engagements with Product Managers and Market Makers. Travel and client work included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in data consulting, analytics, delivery, product, or technology implementation.
• 1+ years hands-on with data tooling (SQL, CDP, CRM, BI tools).
• Ability to travel ~25% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market for ConvergeSPORTS and deliver data work post-sale.
• Translate data and digital products into a clear business case for clients.
• Create demo scripts, one-pagers, and case studies for Sales and Product teams.
• Qualify product fit and scope delivery engagements with Product Managers and Market Makers.
• Deliver client-facing data work: discovery, segmentation, audience definition, activation support.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering/Science on customer data platforms and identity workstreams.
• Document workflows, data sources, and integration needs as product requirements.
• Capture field observations to inform product development and roadmap.
