Product Expert Materials Management SAP Americas

Location: Remote (United States, Texas, Houston, and Radnor, PA)

Job Description Summary:

SAP Materials Management Product Experts specialize in SAP MM and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. They provide deep functional and technical expertise, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining their modules, gathering and clarifying business requirements, and supporting team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert for SAP MM and WM projects.
• Gather requirements through interviews, process reviews, and documentation analysis.
• Evaluate information, identify gaps, and translate user requests into technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver artefacts like process flows, design documents, and user stories.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Translate business needs into application requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to establish technical visions and analyze trade-offs.
• Implement and deploy SAP solutions for Materials Management and Warehouse Management, including cross-functional components.
• Design, document, and improve processes with process owners and SAP specialists.
• Work with Product Managers on technical feasibility and system integration tests.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience: 5+ years implementing SAP products, including S/4 HANA; configuring SAP MM and WM; requirements analysis; troubleshooting; SAP EWM experience is a plus.

Skills & Abilities: Expertise in SAP MM and WM, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to specify requirements and develop migration strategies.
