Location: Remote

Job Description Summary:

SAP Materials Management Product Experts are specialists in the SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. They provide deep functional and technical expertise, responsible for design, development, and maintenance of their modules. They gather and clarify business requirements, define stories, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Act as subject matter expert for SAP MM and WM projects.
2. Elicit requirements through interviews, process reviews, document analysis, workshops, and site visits.
3. Evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, identify gaps, and understand user needs.
4. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver artifacts like process flows, design documents, user stories, and interface designs.
5. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
6. Interpret business needs into application and operational requirements.
7. Collaborate with developers and experts to establish technical vision and analyze usability, functionality, and performance trade-offs.
8. Implement and deploy SAP solutions to meet business goals, including related cross-functional components.
9. Design, document, and implement process improvements with process owners and SAP specialists.
10. Work with Product Managers on technical feasibility and system integration testing.
11. Plan and coordinate system demos and tests.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience: 5+ years implementing SAP, including S/4 HANA; hands-on experience with SAP MM and WM; requirements analysis; troubleshooting; SAP EWM experience is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:

• Expertise in SAP MM and WM, engaging with business to configure solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
