Product Expert Materials Management SAP Americas

Location: Remote, with potential for on-site at Radnor, PA (Airgas HO)

Job Summary

SAP Materials Management Product Experts are specialists in SAP MM and Warehouse Management modules. They provide deep functional and technical expertise, designing, developing, and maintaining their modules. Responsibilities include gathering and clarifying business requirements, defining stories, and supporting team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for SAP MM and WM projects
• Gather requirements via interviews, process reviews, and documentation
• Evaluate information, identify gaps, and understand user needs
• Communicate with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and deliver artefacts such as process flows and design documents
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Translate business needs into application requirements
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs to establish technical vision
• Implement and deploy SAP solutions for Materials Management and Warehouse Management, including related modules
• Design, document, and improve processes in collaboration with process owners and SAP CoE
• Work with Product Managers on technical feasibility and system testing

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent

Experience:

• 5+ years implementing SAP, including S/4 HANA
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP MM and WM
• Experience analyzing business and functional requirements
• Troubleshooting complex applications
• Experience with SAP EWM is a plus

Skills and Abilities

• Expert in SAP MM and WM, able to engage with business and configure solutions
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Stakeholder management and effective communication channels
• Requirements specification, testing, and migration planning
