Job description

The Product Experience Lead is a business-facing role responsible for capturing requirements, shaping the user experience, and managing the firm’s portfolio of AI agents as they are deployed, adopted, and improved over time. Reporting to the Head of AI and Innovation, this role serves as the connective tissue between end users and the AI delivery team, turning real-world needs into clear requirements, intuitive experiences, and well-managed applications.

This position is not a hands-on engineering role and does not require deep technical or legal-industry expertise. It does require the ability to facilitate the creation and ongoing management of an application, from gathering requirements and defining the user experience through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. The person should be comfortable enough with technology to collaborate effectively with builders and users, and partners closely with the AI Solutions Automation Engineer to shape what gets built and why. This role owns the product management discipline across the firm’s growing library of AI agents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Discovery & Requirements
  • Engage users and business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for AI agents and workflow automation.
  • Capture and translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
  • Define the desired user experience, mapping user journeys and interaction flows so agents are intuitive and easy to adopt.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements reviews.
Product Management & Roadmap
  • Own and maintain the AI agent product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on user value, effort, and impact.
  • Define the scope, success metrics, and user requirements for each AI agent, and partner with the AI Solutions team to translate them into buildable specifications.
  • Coordinate release planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go/no-go decisions with business owners.
Application & Lifecycle Management
  • Manage deployed AI agents as living applications, tracking usage, gathering feedback, and prioritizing enhancements and fixes.
  • Coordinate an iterative improvement cycle, working with the engineer and users to refine agent behavior, accuracy, and usability over time.
  • Maintain product documentation, decision logs, and a clear record of each agent’s scope, owners, and change history.
Adoption & Enablement
  • Drive user adoption through training, communications, demos, and change-management support.
  • Work with IT and firm stakeholders to ensure agents stay aligned with data-handling and access expectations as they evolve.
Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, product management, product ownership, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience capturing requirements and facilitating the creation and management of an application or software product.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • A user-experience mindset, with the ability to define simple, intuitive workflows and interactions.
  • Comfortable enough with technology to collaborate effectively with builders and users; no coding or deep technical background required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Claude or other AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of an application or product post-launch, including gathering feedback and prioritizing improvements.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, agile or iterative delivery methods, and UX or design-thinking practices.
