Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own an agentic developer platform end-to-end. You will align executives on platform outcomes, translate AI trends into strategy, and drive autonomous development solutions for engineers.

Lead a cross-functional effort to turn contributor ideas into impactful features while ensuring scalable, reliable foundations for agent-generated code and measurable improvements in developer efficiency.

Own the agentic developer platform end-to-end, including vision, team alignment, and measurable outcomes
Identify engineering use cases that can be streamlined with agents and translate findings into a platform roadmap
Align team members and executives on critical platform outcomes and measurable goals
Evangelize the platform and stay current with next-generation AI trends
Define and deliver an agentic-first autonomous development solution for engineers
Develop a long-term vision for turning contributor ideas into impactful product features
Ensure a scalable, reliable technical foundation for agent-generated code
Iterate on the agentic vision through measurable improvements to developer efficiency

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency with and genuine enthusiasm for AI
Ability to track AI technology and translate it into practical, strategic product decisions
Track record of motivating change through influence across engineering, business, and cross-functional partners
Strong technical foundation and ability to engage credibly with engineers on platform architecture, AI/ML concepts, and systems thinking
7+ years of product management experience
At least 3 years in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing product roles
Hands-on familiarity with agentic tooling and concepts such as LLM-based agents, MCP, evals, and observability is a strong plus

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in AI and product management, with a focus on developing and executing a strategic vision for agentic developer platforms. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes in platform architecture and developer efficiency.
