• Lead end-to-end life cycle planning, execution, and future development with scaling, reliability, and cost targets.
• Coach the product team on methods such as market research, prototyping, adoption strategies, and delivery.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, perform competitive analysis, and identify differentiation opportunities.

As a Client Integrations Product Director in Healthcare Payments, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. Job responsibilities

• Accountable for product vision, roadmap execution, risk management, and business growth outcomes, with a focus on healthcare integrations leveraged by clients.
• Partners with Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance/Legal, and client-facing teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes across complex, regulated payment and data flows.
• Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new capabilities/methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, reliability, and scalability.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
• Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
• Experience building healthcare ecosystems and relationships with healthcare ISVs
• Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Recognized thought leader within a related field
• Experience with healthcare payments or a closely related field.
