Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering, product support, manufacturing, technical operations, or related environment.
• Experience leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, or directing technical employees preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations or HVAC-related products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Product Engineering Support team and ensure timely, accurate work.
• Assign priorities, monitor workload, and manage resources to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, warranty, supply chain, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements for faster response times.
• Coordinate technical information and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Maintain product documentation, specifications, and engineering data integrity.
• Assist with project execution, changes, and operational initiatives affecting manufacturing and product support.
• Develop reports, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
